The P6000 pattern and general design is years out of date. It was launched in late 1995 and has barely changed in all that time. You can do much much much better for the money.
I currently have Uniroyal Rainsport 2 on the front axle and Michelin Primacy 3 on the back. Cannot fault either of them. 225/55 R16 (99Y) so not especially low profile but the turn in and overall grip are both phenomenal - wet and dry.
The Uniroyals are slightly noisier than the Michelins and I suspect they won't last quite as long but hey ho they are also slightly cheaper
