Alloy Wheel Fitment Guide

looking to get a set of Ronal R10 Turbo Wheels on my Renault 5 ... mount to correct .. GTT does not ... single standard of five ... thanks
 
One thing they don't mention I've always wondered about is copper-grease or even lube on the wheel bolts?

Is there a risk of over tightening and damage? Alloy and steel wheels?
