Hi Toddy, nice to have you along. The 145 is a nice car, which engine does it have?

I think alfa have got the handling spot on really. A fast road cam, FSE boost valve, sports exhaust and panel air filter will help to increase your peak power but a lot depends on how much you want to spend and what your overall aim is (ie track day car or reliable road car etc).

Sounds nice. I've seen some of these pushing 175-185bhp with the right mods. Enjoy the car for a bit and get used to its strengths and weaknesses and from that you can decide what to do. Some drivers prefer low down torque wheras others want high peak torque and a lot depends on the car, its gearing and the sort of journeys you make.
