A Little help PLEASE 97 prelude engine swap.

I'm getting ready to pull out the motor on my 1997 prelude. Just a stock h22a4. My question is what motor should i throw in there ? I know my options are limited. I was thinking a jdm H22 or an H23. Which motor should I get ? And mind you my plan is to put a turbo so please give me your feedback. Looking to spend around 2,000-3,000 not including motor.
