So I came to find out (too late) that our 2.0T engines prefer a diverter valve over a blow-off valve.
I purchased a GFB BOV and it is making my fuel rich. Which is great for shooting flames out of my exhaust cutout--but NOT great in many other ways.

I have heard great things about the 710n (for 1.8T engines) diverter valve, but can't find any info about retrofitting possibilities for 2.0T engines.

Anyone?

I would never recommend an atmospheric dump valve on VAG engines, they always cause problems, the dumped air needs to be returned to the intake, as designed, it also helps with the pick up after lift off, the lack of air in the intake is why it's running rich, and this is killing your catalyst.

There are partially venting ones around which solves some of these issues but I've yet to find anyone who was happy with a BOV
