Hello everybody!

I want to modify my 2012 508 2.2 GT 150kw but I have a few questions before I do that.

1) how much NM can the original box hold? I have the one with P and not the robotized one.
2) What kind of power can the stock engine internals hold?
3) What would be the max KW/NM output for the stock parts?
4) If the internals are not so strong what needs to be upgraded first?
5) Can the gearbox be upgraded with better internals?
6) Can the driveshafts handle more load?
7) Where would one find forged pistons and cams and other parts for tuning?

My end goal would be to have somewhere ~210KW and ~600NM.

The only thing that I have found was a big brake kit. Nothing more. So I am really hoping to find more info here!

I know a few people that managed to squeeze out 200-220hp with 460-ish Nm but that's mostly like variable turbo upgrade + remap with obligatory egr+dpf delete. Past 250 you need to pay attention to things like cylinder head lift, i wouldn't push it past 250 with stock parts.

All in all, it is at its max stable power from the factory with the filters in mind, without them it would be easily 200hp buut... emissions.
 
But the stock engine is already ~200HP :D I am most worrying about the gearbox not being able to withstand the added power.
 
Diesel gearboxes should be a bit tougher than usual, there might be some info on the gearbox itself somewhere on the internet if you know the exact name of it.
