307 1.6 16v gearbox

Hi again.

While driving my car i've noticed that sometimes when i drive slowly on 1-2 gear car accelerates itself suddenly ( sudden power bost god knows where from...) and the other thing is that my gears seem to be very short... For example on 5th gear at 4100 rpm i do 130 km/h. I don't think this is normal so what could be the problem...
