I’m looking to increase HP in my LS460. And wanted to know if any performance chips/ tuners and whatever else. 500 is the most I’ll go

The Supra Turbo engine has been swapped in these and it makes for a monster project, easily reaching your 500 target. Adding a turbo on your V8 will require a lower compression ratio or make do with low boost. A supercharger might prove to be an easier upgrade as these are easier to map and setup but space in the front is rather limited IIRC on these.
To hit 500bhp you need more fuel, more air and will need stronger engine internals. The V8s are not built for high RPMs generally speaking so adding lots of low end torque is the way to go.
Forced induction, fast road cam, head work and fuel upgrades would be on my to do list.
The hybrid 460s could theoretically hit this power figure with better electric motors and mild tuning - see the LS600h specs for inspiration on this.
