They are a real pig to do. A friend of mine did one and the only way he could do it was from inside the engine bay and he needed 4 hands to get it to work. It doesn't sound like something you can do on your own.

well i have no plans of doing it on my own lol
my da was asked to do it but he was just wondering exactly how to do it. im sure he will be able if he has time we both have to hands so that makes 4 worth a try anyway.

Give it a go. It's more fiddly than difficult. Why did you have to change it?

im not sure why it has to be changed. my auntie in law's bro needs it done and no garage would do it. so she asked my dad because hes good with things like that. im sure he will be able to do it
