1992 3000GT VR4, want to replace headlights

So, I want to replace the flip up headlights.... of sorts .

Option one, get an HID a keep the flip lights
Option 2, add additional driving lights and use the front flippers for additional fog lamps
Option 3, find a way to fab acrylic covers and replace the old style light with non flip HID's so it looks closer to the newer year 3000GT's
Option 4, got all teck, replace all the front lights with LED headlight strips to give a a total custom look, which will also require to make changes to the front end. Maybe a change in a body kit front end

First check if any of those options are legal.
EG Op 1 & 3 would not be road legal in the UK. 4 might not be either.

I would go with option 4, there have been some really nice show cars, with all new front ends and custom lights, I think we featured one of them on www.carstylingtips.com a good while back, and the owner had made his own lights.
