Hello, I am New to tuning and have recently aquired a golf 5 1.9 tdi, with the bxe pd 105 engine. I am looking to upgrade this engine, and want 210-225hp ish.
I have bought a garret gt2052v turbo off of an audi a8, 2,5 v6 i believe.
The question is, what do i have to do to fit this turbo? I have heard something about the oil supply lines needing modification, and the wastegate needing convertion to vacuum or something. Could anyone guide me through this Process?
Also need New headers, any reccomendations for cheap, but good headers? Is it Worth spending almost 10 times the price for tubular, or Just go with normal cast?
