My work mate and I went in to London in a transit, when we hit the outskirts we had to buy a congestion charge ticket, we also left early on a Friday and crossed another zone and got a fine for £50 in the post, this was in August 2009, have they changed it now then so vans dont get charged??

I use my mirrors all the time,,bit like a meerkat, especially the side mirrors which comes from driving a merc sprinter with no rear windows so you are constantly looking.

I think the police should have just left the cars on the hard shoulder, verge or towed to the nearest layby or service area, why should people pay for their cars being towed away when its down to the goverment to keep the roads clear, which they failed to do...this is why we pay road tax ???, I...

I would say you have either still got air in a line or you have an airlock, try re-bleeding the system...or a leak which when you press on the pedal releases fluid and lets air back in when you release.

When I went to Finland a few years ago they have heated roads for the main carriage ways in certain parts. Its all powered by hot water which is heated from rubbish incinerators.
