hi, one question. ive been told ( not to sure if its true) that if you put say a 1.0 or a 1.2 gearbox into a 1.4 engine. that the performance would increase loads at bottom end because of the gear ratio. IS THIS TRUE??? and if it is. what problems is it likely to cause (if any). thanks x

Is there any easy way of removing dynamat. ive been trying to remove it all from my boot. but its sticky stuff. ive tryed sticky stuff remover but it isnt that good. anyone know any tricks to get the stuff off?

you could keep the standerd catch on aswell so if someone did try and open it they couldnt.

i know a front upper strut brace makes a difference in handleing but do you think a rear upper strut brace would make any difference or would it just be a waste of money and adding pointless weight? what are you thoughts?

ive just tryed to remove the back wiper but im having a bit of a prob. ive removed the back wiper blade and the arm. and im left with 2 nuts. ive removed the 1st 1. but the 2nd one is a B****RD. it just keeps spinning. anyone know how to get the bugga off?

if i was to remove my rear wiper and the motor. im guessing that there will be a hole in the glass were the wiper was connected to the wiper. therefore i would need to get a new back window???

well ive got a £500 spair i want to spend on tuning the engine. but the only thing im worrying about is that ive only got the 1.4 8v not a 16v. do you think its worth tuning or would it be better saving up 4 either a polo g40 engine or a 1.8 20v turbo out of a mk4 golf and dropping it into me polo?
