    Thanks for taking the time to reply waynne. I had tried to flair the end with a pipe expander but it just cracks, even with heat. I like the idea of the smaller, longer runner for better torque low down. Looks like I’m turning some tapers up on the lathe. I’d post some pics to further explain...

    Hi the first thing i would consider is a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and de-cat or 4-1 for all top end gains but big losses down low. Personally if it’s road use i would go 4-2-1 with long primary pipes for good all round torque. This will also compliment your porting.
