Stock for now, collecting the parts for the build I have planned. There are no tracks with in a reasonable distance.

My 2019 Fiesta ST

Over the years I have tried just about every plug out there except the newer E3's, back to back dyno runs, road use you name it. I even ran the Split Fires back in the day. Most had zero effect. Stock is usually the best. Iridium is supposed to last longer, so good choice.

Glad it was easy fix, milky oil on the stick is a heart drop on the floor at first.

Pull the radiator cap, see if you have oil in the rad. Do a compression test, while doing the test check the rad for air bubbles.

An unmodified Cheby is fine with stock.

Turbo would be the way to go, supercharger would be to much of a parasitic draw on that small of an engine. Your going to need a forged bottom end, also see if the engine can be bored to a larger size, bigger bores would help a lot. Fully ported heads, bigger valves, better cam shaft. Bigger...

I would also recommend long tube headers.

Personally I hate LS swaps, every wrench slinger in the states are LS swapping anything with tires. I'm a purist, run what it came with, in the older cars.
