really really want to do the t16 turbo conversion. but just want to know realisticly how hard of a conversion it will be... what will i need and how much of a nightmare is the wiring...?

found the alt's goosed so have to buy a new 1... but they vary in price and power rating so much a dont no which to buy.... they range from 60 quid for 65A to 90quid upwards for upto 105A..... what would you recommend?

its one thing after another with this stupid bloody car, sailed throught the mot after spending 350 on new parts keepin it in tip top nick. go to jump into the car starts fine runs upto temp, turn car off as i forgot to pick up the mot lol. go to start it again... refuses to start, just kept...

1.8 vvc alloy inlet manifold complete with fuel rail, sensors and injectors. seller says will be a great upgrade for any of the zr's k series engines. so... would it fit?, run properly? and what sort of upgrade would it give if any? cheers ben

want a new pipercross panel filter for my car but, there seems to be so many shops selling products via ebay and they all look so different. so kinda worried that a could end up buying a fake product... so does anyone know about pipercross filters. and what there panel filters should look like...

i went to take the car out in the morning to give it a long run but when i got in and turned the ignition on all that happened was a load clicking from the solenoid and the horn went.. so im not sure if its the alternator not charging the battery or if the battery is bust

just changed pads, discs, centre section and back box. took a couple hours due to snapped and seized bolts, left radio on the whole time but the car didnt struggle to turn over, fired straight away. but then a noticed the battery light came on:amazed::confused: flickered off and on for a few...

battery was completely flat for few weeks, but was only out the car a day.

sorry completely forgot to say... there original mg zr side skirts also same year as mine.

got chance of some side skirts but need to know asap if they fit.....

had to change the battery on the zr, now the on switch that works is the drivers window.... any solutions apart from buy all new switches..?:(

is that the yellow one on youtube with the b16 lump mate?? do you know if he had any major problems.... e.g. mounts, wiring etc..?

really fancy a decat manifold, but dont want to buy a new 1 to find out it will put the management light on, or run really poorly. so..... what do you think about getting a standard manifold, chopping the CAT out and weld in a bit of stainless as a bit of trial and error to see if it will work...?

got the chance of a b18 mb6 civic engine. the lads back home think it would make a could conversion... 180bhp in a small car so if it worked, should go quite well. any1 know of any companies they think would take on the conversion ? shouldnt be too hard for someone as there is alot of old...

want to decat the zr but worring abit, as a mate just did his ep3 type r and has turned the management light on and the car now runs crap... will i need to but a whole new manifold ...???:blink:
