I am using Dexos 2 5W-30. So sleeper what then is causing this trouble? 500 km more and i am going for an oil change, I change oil every 9000-10000 km. Should I switch to another type of oil, i.e Castrol 10W-30 since temperatures here in croatia rarely drops below -15 and goes over 35-40 degrees?

When do you need to change the oil in the gearbox, the car is Toyota Yaris 1.0 VVT-i, car has now 38500 miles (62000 km)? Sometimes it is difficult to change into reverse, you have to release the clutch or change in to some other gear but that also says in the handbook

Because in my country there's a stupid law that you cant drive anything over 85 kW if you are not 24 years old, you get a ticket if police catches you

130 is not an option, only to 85 kW are considered. What if I would change the injectors and maybe possibly change the turbo would it require any other bigger mechanical changes?

I was thinking about some modifications besides remapping, performance modifications like hp and torque. Does fitting a bigger turbocharger and of course larger nozzels necesariliy mean putting new low compression pistons or any other type of mod to compensate a new turbo?

Well I found a 330d with 5 speed gearbox, 93000 miles, most of them on a highway, I'm looking forward to check it out ASAP...and also a 320d 150 hp, with 80000 miles. Also taxes in my country from 2013 for luxury stuff, like cars is dropping so I might wait.

So to finalize (sorry Geraint), is there a possibility that a remap can wreck my gearbox? (5 speed)? What about a gearbox on 320d with 150hp?

Well I didn't literally mean no fun, just wanted to say that I prefer manuals...I drove an X5 3.0d auto, but simply Ii miss the manual. Don't get me wrong

I know about the 6 speed but about the 5 speed...My problem is that i can't find a 330d with 6 speed gearbox in my country that is with my budget, i have something around 7500, 8000 euros, and 330d with 6 speed is about 10k :mad:

Can it harm the gearbox? Should I do a custom remap for lower torque? I believe you ask that because of the registration plates...this particular ones are custom made, but originally for my country (Croatia) is i.e ZG-545-GH.

I can't wait to buy it :grin: and get a remap and that pounding 500 nm of torque :grin: I will run a full diagnostics test on computer and look for any problems with the engine before I buy it. I attached the picture

What do you mean, a lot of wiring? If it is such a big problem about puting the cdi engine then id rather put that 2.0 kompressor, i think that is a pretty good engine.

Yes, with installing and work about 1300£. I only know that this year of mercedes diesels use that lucas pump, its a good pump, and engine is running great on that pump, but it is not made for repairing and a new one is very expensive. I dont know do other engines fit straight in. I was thinking...
