    stainless gets brittle if you wrap it, since stainless is not a very good conductor of heat it's best to leave it unwrapped.

    Low end Torque. Smokey burnouts when 5-0 ain't lookin, Nice for autocross where the top speed is low. Speed limit makes low end torque King on the street!

    ECU legality in USA

    I think by street legal they mean the car will still pass a smog test. Don't know about tennessee, but here in Western New York if the car is 1996 or newer it gets pluged into the DMV computer via the DLC. I'm not sure if aftermarket ECU's will pass, I've never seen one go through inspection.
