For me it has to be the new GT-R. So fast people are calling it the supercar slayer. Few tweaks here and there and it will beat even the Veyron. In time only the romantics would go for the Ferrari/Porche's.

Yep....400bhp. That's skyline territory, if they had one in auto I would be tempted.

You're better off with a good brand set of super lightweight rims - if you haven't had it yet. Go for the one that is less than 5kg.

Most autos can only take 200bhp, anymore then you're asking for trouble. Renault did have a model with 240bhp but not too sure about their take on reliability. And nissan S15 too - limited edition.

A lowered FTO is a poor man's supercar wayne....at times beauty has to come before practicality :sad2:.

Yep...getting good grip in the wet should be the priority unless you're 4x4.

I can only afford second hand tyres since money has gone to other maintenence and upkeep of the car - so far so good.

Yep...all in all 911 is probably the greatest sportscar of all time. But lookwise I got the feeling the superior Germans have managed to shove their idea of beauty down our throat, and many over time have swallowed them.

Some say 911 is a squashed frog.

With the exception of E-type, beautiful cars are almost always Italian produced or designed. My choice would be Countach for drama and others like the Montreal, Ghibli or Merak for beauty. The most dramatic british would have to the Esprit - even that is Giugaro.
