Wanted to know if a 1.6l head will fit a 1.5l block. It is a cheap way to gain some power and wanted to know if the bolt patterns are the same. Gain won't be huge maybe 10- 15hp but its something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 1996 hyundai accent 1.5l. I have done exhaust, intake and weight reduction. Noticed a difference but was thinking of dropn a 2.0 in car. Do I have to swap trannies as well? Any help would be great.
