yeh thats what it was on the old amp it had 3 connections. the new CHEAPY one has 2 lol the switch live and the earth. im thinking it may be my earth?

on this one there is only 2 connections to make. live which comes from the back of the stereo and earth which goes to the bodywork.

yeh i saw that obd2 thing and it only worked with 2.0l clios and you need to buy the machine. i think there is somewhere around where i live that does it. otherwise if i get it done id have to pay for the ferry and travel and everything, i hate living on an island lol.

hi i have a renault clio mk1 1.2 8v. the mods i have on it are a K&N and an ashley performance exhaust. is it possible to remap my ecu and if so what sort of power gains would i be looking at?

i had about 24 hours of lessons and about 3 with my mum lol, i passed first time with 5 minors :)

a lowered clio with stiffer suspension :P, i have alot of fun in car parks. turn sharply and the back comes out almost like drifting.

i wasnt to keen on the lexus lights either once i recieved them, they are only on there until i can afford some smoked ones. planned i still need alloys, lowering 35mm, tinted windows, sub and amp and hopefully to have my ecu remapped for extra bhp oh and black angel eyes :D

i had a similar problem which took the garage ages to figure out. what had happened was the baffles had fallen out of the backbox and were blocking the exhaust. my 0-60 while broken was 22 seconds now its fixed its like a completely differant car.

my 0-60 on a very slight downhill with me and a passenger was 10.6 seconds, my mate did it in exactly the same place in his 1.6 306 and got 10.3 seconds. his car is quite slow for a 1.6 cos it weighs 1.1 tons lol
