I was wondering how much you can get out of a 2.0 135bhp engine (just generally speaking) before you need to invest in stronger internal engine parts? If you dont know WTH im trying to say just tell me so i can try to explain it better.

Im looking to find out if i can use any parts from others cars with a performance increase. Like gti cams or manifold cause i cant seem to find out anywhere. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
