I personally find drifting as a sport to be quite pathetic and a waste of time. At least in rallying the driver is using oversteer to get round the stage as fast as possible, unlike in drifting "competitions" which doesn't seem to have any particular aim.. anyway, I guess light cars are better...

I doubt my car could cope for long with that much power.. I'd guess it has somewhere in the region of 60 hp effectively , given it's age.. and with 100 more it would just torque steer the whole time.. But it would be fun!

hi there, you don't only want to be looking at horsepower, but more importantly the weight of a car. in terms of acceleration, the mass is just as important as the engine power, so something light like a saxo, 106 or clio from the 90s (basically the same car) would be best option i guess...

for a sensible car, I would say buying used is best in most cases. Except if a brand new car comes out that you fall in love with and must have, then buying new is worth the extra price
