i have a mazda 323f 1999 and i have a few problems. my headlights stopped working and when i checked the fusebox in engine i noticed the wires underneath had melted to the casing. next i keep losing power, its not the clutch slipping i've had that tested. is there a fuel filter. if so where is it?
