    106 gti stuttering. condenser?

    Hmm this is quite common on the 106 gti and saxo vts! Does it start running on 3 from time to time? If so i could almost guarentee its the coilpack! Common problem on the tu 16v

    53cooper s.. supercharger not very super?!

    This is pretty typical of the bypass valve on the supercharger becoming weak! Basically the spring on the bypass valve has either snapped or become weak over time! I think they are around £60 from bmw/mini and can be fitted yourself if you have the haynes manual aswell!

    Technically the m45 is exactly the same from a normal r53 cooper s to a jcw package, the only slight diffrence is the rotors on the s/c are teflon coated to reduce heat.
