VW Polo 2004 1.4 tw
I have a 2004 1.4 polo Twist. It is my first car and it's great. I'm going to get a van when I can afford it but would like to keep this vehicle and have it as a project car. Looking for advice on engine swaps, engine remaps and anything that anyone would recommend I do to it over the years.
I have no mechanical knowledge so use laymens terms where possible. Thanks! Look forward to your advice
 
The 1.8T is a great implant for these. But it depends on your budget and getting insurance can be a real issue when you do this.
 
I would recommend a suspension upgrade and brake mods. The 1.4 doesn't give very much in terms of extra power considering what you would have to spend on it unless you do an engine swap.
