Are you paranoid about scratching your rims? What lengths do you go to to avoid hitting or clipping the Kerb?

I'm lucky, my new car has quite small rims at 17 inches so they rarely come into contact with the kerb but my last cars 18's were pretty scratched up and banged up even though I was quite careful.

It's always swerving to avoid a driver that wants the whole road that seems to do it for me!

My daughter is a real car nut ( don't know where that came from .V() and was really cheesed off when hubby gutter rashed a wheel on her BMW,

Didn't want people thinking she was a s**t driver so at the first opportunity she had a wheel repair specialist work his magic and it looks perfect again.
