Had a 2 hour drive/tow to Pittsworth and arrived to a cold windy welcome and had a bit of difficulty erecting my 3x3 metre gazebo and side curtains and ensuring that it was well secured as the wind was joined by rain at night.
Woke up to a windy and cool Saturday with the track still damp so took it easy on the 1st lap to familiarize myself with the conditions with a conservative 1 minute or so lap.
Then did a 57.9 ,57.6 then had a woopsie exiting T6 due to my youthful over exuberance
with A 1+ minute lap followed by my quickest lap of 57.01 to end the day.
Sunday was cloudy at times with a cool wind and the track was run in reverse direction.
Had a battle with a couple of Skylines in my RWD turbo class and when the results of the best runs in both directions were tallied ended up 3rd in class
