The reason I say they are warped is when new the is smooth. When they warp when I brake the car vibrates from the rear. I can test this by driving then gently pulling on the handbrake which then makes the car shudder. After changing the discs it stopped and has come back after a few months.

I have changed the thermostat and vented all the air. Temp still hangs between 75 and 90c. If i wait in traffic it gets slightly closer to 90 but then pull away and it drops again. Is this a duff sensor as the temp should be 90c constantly.

We have a 1.9tdi 2006 vectra. It has an intermittent fault that you put the keys in and turn the key but everything is dead. You do this 3 or 4 times then the dash lights up and starts. I thought this May be a key issue but it does it with both sets of keys. Any ideas.

Yes when you drive along the temperature varies. I put the heater on full with the fan on full and you could see the needle drop. When put back to normal temp it creeped up again. Will be replacing the stat this weekend.
