cant fit an induction kit on my carb civic so looin to buy a k&n carb airbox replacement however when i contacted them they said they need to know the details about the carb i have. any1 know where i could find these? thanks

i was wondering, can an induction kit be fitted to a car with a pancake filter rather than air box? i didnt think you could as you normally replace the box but you cant take the pancake filter out, my m8 said he'd got one attached but i havent seen it yet so dont know how it works. if you can...

they're different totally m8 u still have an airbox as the throttle body is placed between this and the exhaust manifold. it does a similar job to the carb but for fuel injected cars, it monitors the throttle response and opens or closes accordingly to try and keep the desired air-fuel ratio
