71 superbeetle has intermittent starter issue. Starts fine sometimes. Sometimes, turn the key and nothing. If I rock the car while in gear, the starer will engage and start like normal. starter is fairly new. Thought it might be a bushing issue, replaced it and it does the same thing. Any ideas...
