About
Had a 1978 Camaro I bought from a Lt. in Germany while in the service. Fixed it up, painted it and brought it home. Had a job that needed a better fuel economy car, so I bought my first Saturn in 1993 (coupe). Installed nitrous on it shortly afterwards. Got interested in FWD drag racing and the rest is history. Worked for about a year and a half with Saturn Motorsports in California under ex-funny car driver Jim Epler (first to hit 300mph in a funny car). Campaigned first FWD 2.0 to hit 7.2 in the 1/4 mile at 200mph. Ultimately the team/business failed and I came home. I also have a drag Saturn, 1995, with a T4 turbo and direct port nitrous system.
