    206cc Roof Hydraulics

So the the roof has finally given out on my 206cc. To be honest, I only drop it to do basic maintainance so I was wondering if there would be any issues with removing the hydraulics entirely? I can drop it manually easy enough, so thats not a problem. But is there any major reason to leave the...

    Cyberpunk 206 CC

UPDATE: So I still have no idea what I'm doing, but I have made a bit of progress. Most of the headliner is now in the car (2 out of 3) and I have done a few bits of cream plastic trim in a black suede. I am aware at this point that none of this fits a Cyberpunk theme, but I really wanted a...

    Cyberpunk 206 CC

So work has begun.. kind of. I've started the strip down of the interior and giving it all a deep-clean before the design work starts. So far I'm thinking maybe a JDM style might work for this theme of car (I am aware this is car is more French then cheese and wine), but no final decisions...

    Cyberpunk 206 CC

So here I am again with another project. The last time it was a Post Apocalyptic Chrysler that exploded immediately after passing an MOT. And this time it is a 206 (That I swore I would keep nice) However, it passed an MOT and lasted more then a week... so now I'm most likely going to bugger...

    Chrysler Sebring "Atomic Gwen"

The last update on this unfortunate vehicle: Due to the issues I had with this car, it has finally been scrapped (delayed due to Lockdown) I was offered the option to have a new engine but the cost was way more then I was willing to pay. On the bright side, I did recently pick up a new car; a...

    Chrysler Sebring "Atomic Gwen"

Nah, I only had a new battery and the brakes changed. it's just one of those things. I've heard of the issue before with these cars. Looks like I'm back to Motorcycles for a bit.

    Chrysler Sebring "Atomic Gwen"

Bad news on the Car. It went for an MOT last week. Paid to get some small parts repaired and everything seemed fine. Started grinding then next day, so I drove it back to the garage. On the way, the Engine Management light came on, the Oil Warning light came on and everything cut out. It...

Are magnets on oil filters a good idea?

Not sure about oil filters, but you can get them in motorcycle oil drain plugs. They catch small particles of metal so it doesn't keep going around the engine. They help when you are breaking a new engine in, or to give in indication that there is an issue.

Who has had any post licence training ?

I guess I trained myself by going out in every type of weather, including heavy snow. I also took my wife out in bad snow to teach her how to handle it when the car starts to lose control. I personally think that all car drivers should take a Motorcycle CBT to give them an idea on what it's...

    Chrysler Sebring "Atomic Gwen"

So I've taken the dash out and drilled holes for LEDs, then sprayed it up and fitted it all back. While working on this part, I also took out the stereo part of the dash, painted it up and removed the Chrysler Clock. I've replaced this with Atomic Gwens Reactor.

The contents of this Thread may cause Offence. Reader Discretion is Advised! So I had probably better start this thread by explaining what I'm doing with this car, why and what I've done so far. Atomic Gwen The reason for this name is a simple one. My number plate is AT-- GWE and this is a...

    Back... Again

Sorry to hear about that, buddy. And thanks for the advice, I've just joined an American Dodge Avenger forum so I'm going to do some research on this engine and see what I can get. I will get a Build thread going soon. Might get some photos taken tomorrow as I've got to do a bit of work on it...

    Back... Again

Thanks mate, you too. How have you been? And yeah, it's a 2007 Chrysler Sebring 2.4 VVT Limited. I've already started to lose some weight on it as its a heavy piece of American steel. So I'm trying to figure out how to get the most performance out of it, which is difficult as they never...
