Re: tuning basics get some 80 n 120 grit emery and some 500 for final work, take off your throttle body and polish it up, removing any casting marks and ridges, then soak it in liquid PTFE n oil, get an induction kit then get on to fse glenco and sort a power boost valve out, basicly uprating...
