This includes show car owners and clubs
with or without a reservation arriving before 8:30
Gate prices:-
Weekend £27 for 2 people with a show car.
Weekend £37 for 3 people with a show car.
Weekend £19 per person (no show car).
Day entry only (with or without a show car)
Saturday Adult £13.00 per person (includes the VIP party)
Sunday Adult £7.00 per person (no evening entertainment!)
Child/Senior £6.00 (Children are not permitted in the bar area)
What the price of the ticket includes:-
Special weekend rates for those wishing to show their cars:
Just £27 for a car & 2 people and Camping.
We do have a few club spaces and some trade spaces available - please arrive pre 8:30 to set up.
or £19 per person for the weekend (includes parking & Camping) with access
to the VIP- Bar and Night-time entertainment.
or £13.00 per person for 1 Saturday (includes parking) with
access to the VIP- Bar and Night-time entertainment Sat evening AND DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPING.
All tickets are subject to a £1 booking fee per transaction. There is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase. All tickets must be presented on arrival, and exchanged for an arm band, otherwise access will not be granted. Tickets are not transferreable and non refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Q)
How long will the discounted show car tickets be available.
A) We reserve the right to withdraw the offer price at any time when
the allocation of space is used up.
Q) Can I buy tickets over the phone.
A) No Tickets may only be purchased using the link above and will be sent to
you in a pdf format document.
Q) Can I bring a show car without belonging to a club.
A) Yes you can, all cars are welcome and we would be more than happy to find
you space on our stand.
Q) Can I bring a show car for just 1 day.
A) Yes you can, just buy a standard 1 day ticket for the day you wish to attend
and email us your ticket number so we can send you a show car pass.
Q) Do I have to camp?
A) No Camping is free and completely optional, we would recommend that
you consider it and fully immerse yourself in this event but there
are a number of hotels and B&B facilities nearby.
Q) Can I bring children with me?
A) Yes families are very welcome although, obviously children would not be permitted
into the bar area.
Q) Is it worth showing my car?
A) Every car has
a following of interested fans but the decision to show your car rests
purely with you (you get the fantastic £25 for 2 ticket deal - which
works out at just £6.25 per day per person - there is now a 3 ticket
deal for showcars as well for just £35).
Q) Who do I contact if I have a query about the ticket I have purchased?
A) Please contact the Hop Farm who are handling the ticket transactions for this show.
Ticket terms and conditions:
Show cars: All cars must be legal
and insured to drive to the venue. Trailered cars must have a minimum
of Third Party Cover. The Show opens to the public from 10.00am – 5.00pm each day. In the interests of public safety the movement of vehicles on the showground is restricted and once on site by 10.00am at the latest, you cannot leave until at least 5pm. (This is a strict policy to conform to Health & Safety Regulations for the Show).
Please can clubs arrive as a convoy where possible and DISPLAY YOUR TICKET(S) in your windscreen on arrival.
General:
No Mini Motos, No stunts, No unauthorised traders, No flyers & No burnouts anywhere
within the grounds of the Hop Farm. The management will remove any person
and or vehicle causing a disturbance or in contravention of these terms
and conditions without providing a refund. Whilst we will endeavour to provide the all of the features and activities listed we cannot guarantee an activity due to our dependance on outside contractors.
