Hi, i replaced the original air filter with k&n at summer. Now, when it's winter, here we have -5 C or more, i was wondering, could the air filter freeze? Because when the engine is cold and i'm driving, there's a noise, especially when i accelerate the more louder the noise gets, and it sounds like wind wheezing through somewhere. But when the engine is warm, noise is gone. What could be the problem?

Check all the clips and hoses, it might be that as it warms up a tiny gap is closed up. Did it do this before the induction kit was fitted?

I doubt the kit is the cause of the problem but fitting it might have loosened something.

Everything with the inductin kit is fine and working, all hoses are connected, no leaks.I read that other owners have complained about the gearbox doing similar noise.
I think i'll go to service, let them figure it out.
