So http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-35500879 Matt LeBlanc (from friends) is tipped to work on the show with Chris Evans.

This is good news for me, it should freshen up the format. They still need a grumpy old man - who would fit the bill?

Do you think the old presenters motoring show on Amazon Prime will work well?

That could be good - he's got a sense of humour, he wasn't afraid to send himself up in Episodes.

And I have absolutely no respect for Clarksons opinion on cars.

I don't see these two shows as mutually exclusive. I'll give them both a go.

If there is a cost in watching Amazon then you can count me out, I spend enough on Sky already.

When Top Gear started, and up to a few years ago, there was only 5th Gear (and a couple of 2nd Division others) to challenge it. Now I can watch car programmes 24/7 so I don't need to pay for another one.
