Tiburon Turbo questions again(still)

Hello again anyone i got this turbo T2.5/3.5 garret with mounted actuator/waste gate for my Tiburon 2.0 do i have to lower the compression ratio its now at 8-1. im only going to run low boost of 0.7bar is this all fine or will it ...(detonate)....i have herd???
Also is it necessary to run a inter cooler with such low boost and all...?
1 Last thing the dump valve can it sit any where on the boost pipe or does it need to be in a specific spot.........................THANK YOU

sounds like low enough compression - 0.7 bar of boost on one turbo will have more airflow than 0.7 bar on a smaller one.

not nessessary to run an intercooler although your intake temps will be through the roof and you may have issues with pre det

dumpvalve has to sit between the turbo and throttle body
