stuck star nut :(

im trying to get some star nuts out of my car but the buggers wont budge have put wd40 and kept trying but i cant move them. help please!
or alternatively will somebody please tell me how to put down the rear seats in my car as it has the buttons but the seat wont budge thanks

they will have lock tight on them i normaly find once i have the 2ft bracker bar on it they move quick

and to get the seats down should be able to move the leaver wwith a screwdriver from the back

Tap the tool with a hammer lightly it might just free up the thread a little.

Heat the area with a hairdrier and put your tool in the freezer. The temp difference is sometimes enough to give a little more play.

Tighten a fraction of a turn and then loosen sometimes this frees it up.

Make sure your tool head is exactly the right size, the last thing you want is to damage the screw thread.

On the rear seats you might have to lift them slightly as you fold them forwards. Often they drop a fraction and although the release is pressed they still don't quite clear the catch.
