I suggest that you try a bottle of Forte Diesel Treatment before anything else. I might simply be down to slight contamination of injector nozzles which this will fix for a tenner or so.

check the coolant temp sender, your ecu may notstart the engine to prevent damage if it thinks the coolants to hot

When was it last serviced? Is it running overly hot when it is going? What is the mileage like on it?
