I just thought id ask to see if anyone knows any specific kind of induction kit would work for my punto mk2,its already got a backbox which sounds beautyfull on it but,i just want to give the engine a bit more kick!

probably wont get much more kick with an induction kit.

best off buying a performance replacement filter and channeling air better into the airbox.

if you'ra after more kick you'll need more £££

You will not get any (noticeable) kick, an extra couple of brake running cold if you are lucky.

As waynnes said, performance needs more than £50. The induction roar is nice though.

its jus a 1.2,im willing to spend plenty of money on it,but i just want it to be worthit tho!

A bit of head work and fast road cams will give the biggest increase but to be brutally honest a 1.2 power gains are not worth the money you'll spend. A 80 bhp engine will struggle to gain another 10bhp with extensive mods but a 150 bhp engine will get another 40 or 50 bhp more easily and for the same sort of money.

Enjoy the car, get the suspension uprated and improve the handling but save the mod money for your next car and go wild with that one. :wink:
