Pump prices creeping up - why

Why are the fuel pump prices creeping up when the cost of crude oil is still at a long term low?

How can the fuel companies justify this increase?

They also try to charge 90p for a chocolate bar!

Yup! I have needs which must be met! But that price is positively silly!

You need the fuel so will keep on buying it regardless of the price so the oil companies don,t need to bother to justify it.
You don,t need the chocolate though.
