Hi Everyone,
I joined this forum to hopefully talk to people who have experience in engine conversions and/or Sleeper builds.

I have had this idea for about a year of making a nice sleeper but my lack of know how has put me off, by lack of know how I mean i've never modified a car only serviced and changed bulbs.

Nice car. What would recomend a good starting point would be

So I have narrowed it down to one of these builds.
Vauxhall Corsa with a C20LET or a Nissan Micra with a SR20LET.

The corsa will give you more space to work in and the sporty corsa parts are already there to uprade the brakes/suspension and handling.

The Micra, being so small and light will go like a rocket but it will be a lot more work to get that engine in the engine bay.
