Millionaire son first car recommendations

If you were a millionaire and you had a 17 year old son what car would be the best option to choose?

I know lots of our readers have millions in the bank and have kids approaching 17 so hopefully we can come up with some sensible suggestions so they don't follow the footballers and pop star trend and buy them a Ferrari as their first car.

It would need to be a car which has some prestige and credibility but wouldn't present much of an opportunity to be wrapped around a tree at high speed in the hands of an inexperienced driver.​

I reckon it can be a bad thing. Google Ethan Couch and read the story of a young spoilt brat who mowed down and killed four people. Smart talking lawyer said he was suffering from Affluenza - an affliction brought on by too much too easy.
