kkk turbo internal accutator

what would happen if my setting was all the way in on my accutator {internal allen key type} at the moment it is turned all the way in and back out 2 full turns,my max fuel is turned 1 full turn and my boost is reading 16 psi and i am hardley seing any black smoke.
how can i get it up to 18 psi ?

you need more fuel mate, your actuator isnt opening the wastegate cause there isnt enough exhaust gas volume to make more boost, cause the wastegate is set really high and your fuel is low, hence the lack of smoke,

Turn your boost compensator in to the max and the add more fax fuel till you get 18-20 psi
