i have a 206 1.4 need help 2 get more power

hi

i want 2 get more power out of my 1.4 8v, is ther much point in doing anythig 2 this engine?

im thinking about geting a 1.6 16v out of the 106 gti an turbo it . does any1 kno if this will fit straight in and will i have 2 change the wiring lume, ECU and gearbox?

i kno that i will have to change the brakes, suspension and wheels i am workin on that now. its just taking its time as i dont have munch money.

i dont really want 2 change my car although it would probly be the easyist thing 2 do bt i can on just afford insurance now.

hey and welcome to the site mate.
ok last comment 1st - a standard 1.6 will be cheaper to insure than a 1.4 with a 1.6 engine in it

is there any point to modding the 1.4 - in short no the gains would be minimal

fitting the 1.6 youd need the engine gearbox, maybe driveshafts, brakes, mounts, ECU, loom
