HELP!!! Astra 200ie 2.0 8valve turbo conversion

Hello Gents...

Ok so I've got a Astra F 200ie Euro 2.0L 8 valve....

So I've bought a turbo kit for it so far...
T3/T4...
Custom exhaust manifold...
Down pipe...
Oil cooler...
Intercooler 65 by 130mm...
550cc injectors...
Dump valve...
All the plumbing...
Fuel pressure regulator...
Boost controller...
Boost gauge and oil pressure gauge...


So what I want to know 1st of all is what low compression pistons you guys recommend, and where can I get them, and how much they will be??
Its a 86mm bore with a 86mm stroke..
The car at the moment is at a 10:1 comp ratio.. How much do I need to drop it? 8 or 8.5 to run a good boost?

Next what forged conrods do you recommend, where can I get them, and how much will they be??

What must I do with the crank? How do I check it? And if it has side play what must I do? What would the torque specs be for the main cap bolts?

What big-end/ main end bearings do I need? Where can I get them? And how much will they be??

What management system you recommend? Where I can get it? Who can fit it? And who can dyno/program the car for me? And how much will it cost??

Ok what other mods do you guys recommend I do while I'm rebuilding the motor?

What else should I replace while I have the motor out? The motor has 280000km on it now....

Last question where must I put the oil return pipe for the turbo? Where must I tap into the block?

I'm from the south of JHB south africa and this is my first conversion... Any and all help will be much appreciated!!!

My motor is a budget build that has been just fine so here is what I would do and other may do it differently and that's ok by me
1 have the block hot tanked to clean out all the acumulated gunk and have it decked with a RA finish to suit a MLS head gasket.
Then have it bored and TORQUE PLATE HONED to suit the pistons
2 Contact/search for suitable FORGED pistons in the 8.5 cr range CP,WISECO
3 I have budget priced EAGLE forged rods and they have been fine BUT would have perfered PAUTER .There are heaps of them out there SCAT,SPOOL.ARROW,COSWORTH, ETC .
4 Have the crank checked bu a crank specialist for straightness ,cracks and journal damage and MAKE SURE THEY REMOVE ALL THE LITTLE BALL BEARINGS IN THE CW'S BEFORE they hot tank it and replace them with allen head grubscrews.
5 I have ACL RACE SERIES BEARINGS
6 Turbo oil return MUST be above the sump oil level and app 15mm id.
7 I would use ARP main and head studs.
8 Have the head recoed and the finish as per the block .
9 Do a search for a tuner who specialises in your car or check on a model specific internet forun and when you track one down find out his perferred ECU

COST???? how long is a ball of string :confused:
