When I up rate the injectors will I have to fit a lambda sensors to the exhaust system and where do I wire it to ? If I have to any advice on power increase will be appreciated as I'm struggling to keep up with the other cars in the Retro Rallycross thanks danny

Greetings and welcome to our TorqueCars forum buddy :)

Not sure if your car can be remapped, this would be better than having a chip fitted. I suggest you have a word with @RobBentley, to see what options are open to you.

Hi and welcome to TC forums.
That's a pretty rare piece of equipment you have there. You are correct in that it'll need to chipped, don't think OBD ports were invented then ;)
Don't know of a specialist local to you but a JDM specialist like Abbey Motorsport in London or JDM motorsport in Devon would be somewhere good to start. I suspect a piggy back ecu like a Link G4 or Apexi unit will be required if uprating turbo, injectors, fuel supply etc etc for big gains.
When you get 10 posts on the forum post some pics up, these little hatchbacks were right little pocket rockets in their day

No problem she's all set up for rallycross so will post some soon thanks for the info.will a piggyback have to be programmed to my existing ecu as you are correct there is no plug in point for this old girl
