hello from cali.wking on suby superchgr upgrade

im attempting to install an Eaton supercharger on my 05 suby forrester 2.5L . I have made mounting brackets and test fitted pump to run off of the alternator pulley route. now comes the intercooler , intake pipe routing and even more challenging ,the injectors, and ecu and map sensor fun. Anyone with some supercharger knowledge?I would be greatful for your input, thanks and stay safe out there< D

Are you using the standard ECU? What power levels are you aiming at? What injectors are you fitting and will the fuel pump need to be uprated to deliver the fuel?

Do you know the compression ratio of your engine and have you done any other modifications to the engine?

the ecu might well be able to cope with a mild 6psi boost, just make sure the throttle body is on the intake side of the supercharger and not on the boost side.
