Gearbox is the usual problem area. Most same make engines will swap in ok and mate with the existing gearbox but the ratio's can sometimes be off. I'd recommend swapping engine and gearbox in many cases where there is a major power change.
Once you've got the engine mounts it's a simple wiring and plumbing job.
Suspension will often need a few tweaks as the weight differential can throw things slightly out.
